Hardcore Trials bring your nostalgic adventures into a new age. Inspired by Hardcore WoW, trials are curated sets of epic rules and challenges that add danger and excitement to your adventure. If you survive, you’ll earn stylish rewards that show off your skill. Fail, and your character is dead forever.
Test your grit against the Trials of Azeroth. Face challenges like Survivalist’s Guild, where you have to survive a Thirst and Hunger meter and can long gain experience by crafting. Or, try Pair in the Lair: where you’ll attempt to overcome every Classic dungeon and slay each boss with only your leveling partner.

Crafting returns to the forefront of Azeroth! All crafted items now receive an Affix (of the Bear, of the Eagle) making them extra powerful. Finally, custom end-game craftables like potions and food expand the ways you can conquer the end game, and new High Risk PvP craftables let you upgrade your PvP gear to dominate foes.

Charge into Raids at the challenge that’s right for you: on Ascension, all raids are Flex and can be tackled with anywhere between 10 and 25 Heroes. Each level awards stronger versions of the raid’s original gear, so dive in and conquer ancient evils.
As you move to higher difficulties, the mechanical complexity of the raid increases. This adds adds more depth to the encounters, allowing champions searching for a challenge to get it.

Honorable 1v1 Combat
Rotating 1v1 zones allow you to step into the Open World and challenge others in a fair fight: in Honorable 1v1 zones, striking another player will lock the two of you into 1v1 combat. No one will be able to interfere, and slaying an enemy grants you a grace period to recover. Whether you’re gathering precious materials or seeking epic PvP, you’ll find it in Honorable Combat Zones!
